line assignments as an administrative focal point and coordinate job

| Joey has approximately 31 years in the
electrical business, with heavy involvement in specification
sales. He spent six years working with Professional Sales
(formerly Glenn & Associates) in Atlanta. He ran his own
rep agency, Electrical Reps South (ERS) for 10 years and was
the Regional Sales Manager for E-mon Metering Products for
three years. Joey calls on Interstate & Mayer/Columbus. |

Mgr. |
Territory - Distributor and contractor
sales, with priority in the local Atlanta area.
Richard has 20 years experience with Electrical Products,
Inc. and has been with our company almost from its inception.
Richard has worked in almost every capacity within our company
and is now our Georgia Sales Manager, with major emphasis
on Mayer, Graybar and D.H. Supply. |

| KEVIN WILLIAMSON |
| Kevin has 10 years of experience in the
electrical/data communications business. He was the youngest
regional sales manager for Krone up until re-enlisting with
EPI. Kevin is a most enthusiastic, high energy, salesman.
He has a very extensive knowledge of engineers, contractors,
and distributors throughout the southeast on data. Kevin calls
on both distributors in and around the Atlanta area, but is
a great specialist for many engineering and contractor firms.

Robert has 21 years in the electrical business. His background
is originally from Graybar and C.E.D. distribution, where
he was both a contractor and industrial sales manager. Robert
covers distribution/contractors and engineers. He is hard
working with a great attitude. He has a multitude of contacts
with contractors and distributors in South Georgia. |

Keith has 24 years of electrical experience in retail and
wholesale. He has a great working relationship with contractors
and distributors in his Birmingham and North Alabama areas.

Russ covers North Georgia for EPI. He has an extensive background
and heritage in the electrical business. He also co-owned
his own electrical agency, Professional Sales, prior to coming
with EPI. |

with a reputation for accuracy, product knowledge, and a "make
it happen" attitude. |

| CAROL TINBERG |
| Carol has over 20 years of experience in
the electrical business and started her electrical career
at Allied Tube & Conduit in Harvey, IL in customer service
in their copper wire division. She also worked for 10 years
at General Cable Corp. as East Coast Customer Service Manager,
Product Manager for Utility Products and Production Scheduling
Manager at their Watkinsville Georgia facility. She started
at EPI in 1998 and is the United Copper Industries lead person
at EPI, along with responsibilities for inside sales and customer
service for our key customers. |

| KATIE HARTSFIELD |
| Katie comes
to EPI with a diverse resume including experience at
Walt Disney World, The Girl Scouts, and most recently Program
Development in the inner city communities in Knoxville, TN.
With such a varied employment background she has effectively
transitioned her skills in customer service, management, and
relationship building to make a name for herself within the
electrical industry. With two years under her belt, she has
become a valuable member of our inside sales force. Currently
Katie's main responsibilities lie with leading Allied Tube
conduit sales. She is also integral in assisting with most
of EPI’s commodity lines. |

| Bill has been

seven years. |

| Sondra has 12
years experience in the electrical industry. For the
first six years she started as customer service at AA Electric
in Lawrenceville, Georgia before being promoted to sales.
Prior to joining EPI's sales team she worked six years at
another manuf. rep firm in the Atlanta area. |
